Ingredients
- Your favorite chicken parts for 4
- Olive oil for browning
- Salt and pepper
- 1 quart milk

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in oil; pour off excess oil
Add enough milk to cover chicken. Salt and pepper genoursly.
Simmer on low until chicken is fork tender and liquid cooks down to nearly gravy.
Serve over rice.
