Dan consistently likes this and I actually do too - I always think I won't care for the raw broccoli, but as long as you let it sit in the fridge for at least a day after you make it, it's not as "raw" as I expect.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Hellman's
- 1 tbsp. fat free sour cream
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
