Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups whip cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 geletin pack mix with 1Tlbs. Cold water
• 1 8oz. carton of sour cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Strawberries sliced
• Blackberries sliced
• Raspberries sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Put the gelatin in 1 Tablespoons of cold water. It will be a paste

Heat cream (do not boil) add sugar and gelatin mix with a whisk. Stir til smooth. Remove from heat and add sour cream and vanilla with whisk.

Refrigerate overnight


Mix the berries in a bowl with a touch of sugar if necessary. Place a scoop of the cream in a bowl and add the berries on top! Delicious...
