Ingredients
- 6 eggs beaten
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pound Sausage
- 8 oz box of mushrooms
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the sausage in the microwave and drain
Cube the bread and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish with the sausage.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Stir in grated cheese and sliced mushrooms. Pour into the baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350〫for 45 minutes
Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
