Ingredients
- 4 sq. Baker's semisweet baking chocolate or 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German sweet baking chocolate
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 (325 for glass). Grease bottom and sides of 9" pie pan or double recipe for 9x13 pan. Microwave chocolate and butter in lg. bowl on high 2 min. Stir until chocolate melted. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in flour. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 min. Cool.
Pour milk into lg. bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 min. Let stand 2 min. Spread over brownie. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
