Ingredients
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. mint flavoring (McCormick)
- food coloring
- granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients till smooth. Add coloring, a drop at a time and knead until smooth. Roll into tiny balls, roll in granulated sugar and press into molds. Immediately remove and place on wax paper to dry. Store in airtight container in a cool, dry place. Will keep a couple of months.
