Ingredients

2 cube steaks or 1/2 pound tenderized round steak
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 T chopped onion
2 T grated carrot
2 T chopped celery
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 T cheddar cheese
2 potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours in a small covered casserole. Put in two baking potatoes after one hour. Top with 2T of grated cheddar cheese, if desired.
