  • 2 T salad oil
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1 T curry powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts or 2 servings of chicken
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Canned peach halves

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Pour oil into 9 X 9 pan. Mix, 1/2 cup Bisquick, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken with this mixture. Place skin side down in pan. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, then turn and push to side of pan. Mix 1 cup Bisquick and 1/4 cup water to make soft dough. Drop dough by spoonfuls (4) in a single layer next to chicken. Arrange 2 canned peach halves on chicken. Bake until brown and chicken is tender, about 15 minutes.
