Ingredients
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 T molasses
- 1 T vinegar
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 slice of bread, cut into small pieces
- 2 T milk
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Combine and microwave catsup, molasses, and vinegar in a small covered casserole for 5 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients and shape into 12 meatballs. Microwave for 2 minutes, turn over and microwave until done. Cove with barbeque sauce and serve with 2 cups of cooked egg noodles.
Also, makes a good meatloaf.
