Ingredients
- 1 # red potatoes, quartered with skin on
- 1/2 rutabaga, peeled & cut into small chunks
- 2 large carrots, peeled & cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. Bouguet Garni

Step 1
Boil vegetables until fork tender, 15 min. or so. Drain, leaving just a little to moisten the mash. Add the rest of the ingredients, mash just to mix the colors, leaving it chunky.
