Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 cup bottled steak sauce
- 2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking. In bowl, combine beef, steak sauce, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
- Stir 4 scallions (chopped), 2 carrots (grated, then chopped) and 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard into beef.
- Lettuce
- Tomato Slices
- Avocado
- Cilantro Sprigs
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Whole Wheat Burger buns
