Ingredients
- 8 pounds beef short ribs
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- 1 cup A1 steak sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups short rib sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place the ribs, Worcestershire, steak sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large pot and add enough water to cover the ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat. Decrease the heat to medium low and simmer for 1 hour. Drain off the broth (which is excellent used in other gravy or soup recipes).
Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
Arrange the ribs in the prepared dish. Pour the sauce over the ribs. Bake for about 1 ¼ hours, until the meat is extremely tender. Serve hot.
