Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice (1 small orantge)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/4 tea. red pepper flakes
- 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed (2 tenderloins)

Step 1
Whisk together orange juice, oil, lime juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and pepper flakes. Place pork in a ziplock and pour in marinade. Chill until ready to grill up to 2 hours.
Prepare grill for indirect medium-high heat.
Grill prok, turning often until thermometer registers 150 degrees (12-15 minutes). Remove tenderloins from grill and tent with foil. Let rest 10 minutes.
Cut tenderloin into thin slices. Top with cheese and salsa.
