Ingredients
- 3 parts pears cut up
- 1 part sugar
- 12 cups pears to 4 cups sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Let sit iin sugar overnight. Stire with hands to mix well.
Cook slowly several hours (3-4 hours) till syrup thickens
Check syrup by putting small amount in small bowl in refrigerator till cool.
Check the syrup thickness after cooking pears about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
