Ingredients
- 1 Lbs. - Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Medium - Onion, minced
- 3 Cloves - Garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp. - Chili Powder
- 1/8 Tsp. - Black Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp. - Cayenne Pepper
- 1 - 8 oz. - Can Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tsp. - Ketchup
- 2 Tsp. - Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. - Oregano
- 3 Cans - Water (using the tomato sauce can)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef in a frying pan over medium high heat, breaking up the meat into small pieces. Add the onions and sweat them with the meat. Once the meat is cooked and the onions are tender add the rest of ingredients. Stir and simmer the sauce for up to 3 hours, then serve over your favorite dog and toppings.
