Ingredients

• 5 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 (.25oz) packages dry yeast
• 1 cup milk
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil (butter)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add ingredients to pan of bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer, set on dough setting.

2. When machine cycle is done, remove dough from pan and shape into 12 buns. Let rise.

3. Bake at 400F for 12-15 mins.
