- ● 1 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (2 medium)
- ● 1/4 cup Red. Fat Italian Dressing
- ● 1/4 cup Red. Fat Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425℉. Wash potatoes and pat dry
2. Cut into 1/4-inch strips/wedges.
3. In large bowl mix dressing and cheese.
4. Add potatoes and mix; covering all of potatoes.
5. Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Spray potatoes with cooking spray
7. Bake 12 min. Turn over, continue baking 10-12 min or til golden brown and crisp.
