Ingredients

- Crust and Topping
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 1 1/2 - 1 2/3 cups crushed graham wafers
- Use 1/3 for topping if desired.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jello
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Rind of 1/2 lemon
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cream well the cream cheese.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Add whipping cream and slightly gelled Jello
