  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jello
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Step 1

Cream well the cream cheese.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Add whipping cream and slightly gelled Jello
