Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Filling:
• Crust and Topping
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp icing sugar
• 1 1/2 - 1 2/3 cups crushed graham wafers
• Use 1/3 for topping if desired.
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jello
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Rind of 1/2 lemon
• 8 oz Cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cream well the cream cheese.
Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Add whipping cream and slightly gelled Jello
