Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (or as needed for consistency)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 can fudge icing

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix butter and cocoa
2. Alternately mix, on medium speed, milk and powdered sugar. (Add milk for desired consistency)
3. Mix in vanilla
4. Squirt in some Hershey's syrup.
5. Mix in fudge icing.
6. Add more powdered sugar if too thin.
