Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 & 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 & 1/2 cup diced celery & leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. each of sage, thyme, coriander,savory, allspice, black pepper.
- 4 cups cornbread crumbs
- 6 cups lightly packed bread crumbs
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 Tblsp. chopped parsley
- Chicken stock to moisten

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet. Add onion & celery & cook til onion is tender but not brown. Add to cornbread crumbs & bread crumbs. Add spices, beaten eggs & stock. Toss lightly until well mixed. Stuff turkey lightly or bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees about 40 mins.
You can also let 12-14 sliced of bread stay out overnight to dry. Crumble up and use as bread crumbs.
