Ingredients
- 12 ounces corkscrew-shaped dried pasta
- 2 cups fresh snow peas
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 cups cherry tomato halves
- 1 can whole pitted olives (drained)
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced (Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon (or more) parmesan cheese
- Italian Salad Dressing

Preparation
Step 1
Drop snow peas into boiling water. Boil 1 minute and remove with a slotted spoon. Place broccoli in boiling water and boil 1 minute and drain. Combine snow peas, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool slightly. Combine vegetables, pasta and cheese in large bowl. Add dressing and toss well. Chill before serving. Add additional cheese, if desired.
