Lemon yogurt cake

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp bkg powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 1/3 cups sugar, dvd
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tblsp lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Whisk the dry ingredients and set aside. Beat the yogurt, 1 cup of the sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Add the oil and transfer batter to a loaf pan. Bake for about 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the lemon juice and remaining sugaring small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear. When the cake is done, allow it to cool on a rack for about 10 minutes. While the cake is still warm pour the lemon- sugar mixture over till it soaks in. Cool.
Glaze:
Combine the powdered sugar and lemon juice together and pour over the cake.
