Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling (21 oz)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 2 tsp melted butter

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9"pan with Pam. Mix pie filling and cinnamon. Reserve.
2. Beat flour, sugar, milk, softened butter, baking
powder, salt and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently 2 mins.
3. Pour 1/2 the batter (about 2 cups) into pan. Spoon 1/2 the pie filling mixture (about 1 cup) over batter in pan. Repeat with remaining batter and pie filling mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over pie filling mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45-55 mins. Serve warm. Glaze Topping (optional)
Beat 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp softened butter, 3/4 tsp vanilla and 2-3 tsp hot water (or some sort of extract?) until smooth and of desired consistency.
