2 ounces dark rum
1 ounce cream of coconut
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice

Step 1

In a blender, combine run, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and orange juice and blend together. Pour over ice in a tall glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
