- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
- lemon pepper
- salt
- garlic powder
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 19 mins
1 sprinkle fillets with salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder to taste.
2 Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil.
3 Marinate fish in soy mixture for 2 hours or more.
4 remove from marinade.
5 Grill for 7 minutes per side.
