Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (5-6 oz each)
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 jalapeno, sliced

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Combine BBQ sauce and hot pepper jelly in a small saucepan over low heat, whisking often, until jelly is melted.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, brush with sauce mixture.
Grill chicken, covered, flipping every 2 minutes during grilling and brushing with more sauce. Continue grilling until chicken is cooked through (about 8 minutes).
Top each breast with 1/4 cup cheese. Remove chicken from grill; place on dinner plated.
Garnish wtih sliced of fresh jalapeno.
