Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 T molasses
- 2 t chipotle chili pepper
- 1 t oregano
- 3 lb baby back ribs
- 1 c thinly sliped onion
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 3 c ginger ale
- 1 t cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Juice 1 lemon and slice the other.
Combine lemon juice, ketchup chili pepper, cumin and oregano.
Measure out 1/2 cup sauce and brush over ribs. Place in roasting pan.
Scatter lemon slices over ribs & sprinkle with garlic. Add ginger ale and cover tightly.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until very tender.
Cool ribs in liquid for 25 min.
Preheat grill to med hi & grease lightly.
Cook ribs on grill for 8-10 min.
