Patty Meatballs

Great meatballs to use with pasta or for sandwiches

Ingredients

• Veal - Pork - Hamb Mixture
• Garlic Salt
• Fresh Chopped Parsley
• Bread in Water (Squeezed)
• parmesan Cheese or Locatlelli Cheese
• Couple of eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Max all ingredients and bake in oven on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 fro about 20 - 25 minutes
