Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, peeled, trimmed and halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place Brussels sprouts and garlic in a bowl and add olive oil slowly, tossing to that the sprouts are lightly coated. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove and cover with foil. Return pan to oven and roast 10-15 minutes more.
