Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch Lipton Onion soup mix
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, dry soup mix, beef, bread crumbs and egg
3. Firmly shape into 8 x 4 inch loaf and place into 2 qt baking dish
4. Bake for 1 1/4 hrs
5. Reserve 2 tbsp drippings
6. In saucepan, combine remaining mushroom soup, water and drippings over low heat
