Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 stick butter,softened
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 t. bakiing soda
• 12 t. salt
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• FILLING...
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup conf. sugar, sifted
• 1 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
• 2 t. vanilla
• 1/4 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

375*...beat sugar,egg,butter and vanill til light and creamy./. in another bowlmix cocoa,baking soda, and salt, and flour..blend with buttermilk in to creamed mixture.. drop batter by tablespoon onto greased baking sheets and bake 7- 9 min.remove and cool on wire racks..FILLING mix together ingredients well.. assemble..
