  • 1/4 cup olive oil {1.75oz}
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 12 {6”} corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan {4oz}
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F

Line 2 large baking sheets with foil. Whisk oil, oregano and pepper in a small saucepan over med-heat just until warm, set aside for 15 minutes.

Brush oil mixture over both sides of the tortillas. Stack tortillas and cut in strips, ½-¾” wide. Arrange strips in a single layer on baking sheets. Sprinkle with cheese and salt, bake until strips are golden and crisp, about 12 minutes.
