Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 28 ounces can Italian-seasoned diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope Herb and Garlic Recipe Soup Mix
- Hot cooked brown rice or whole wheat pasta
- reduced fat Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
1.Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
2.Mix chicken, tomatoes and soup mix together, and pour into slow cooker.
3.Cook on low for six to eight hours.
4.Serve over rice or bow tie pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
If you have an oven, you can do this in an oven-browning bag. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degree F.
Zucchini and mushrooms are nice additions to the recipe.
