- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 C. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 C. key lime juice
- 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 2 pkg. (1.9 oz. each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
- fresh raspberries and lime wedges, optional
