Korean Beef

Ingredients

  • meat (chuck roast or similar)
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 - 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3 - 6 fresh jalapeno peppers, cut stem off and use whole
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons peanut oil, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350. Meat will automatically shred.

Serve over white rice.

Note : If you leave the leftover meat in the juices, it gets spicier.
