• 1/4 cup soy sauce {2oz}
• 1/4 cup pineapple juice {2oz}
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
• 2 gloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar {1oz}
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
• 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Cook until thick and cool completely. Use to make pinwheel steaks.
