Ingredients
- 3 cup diced turnip
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a medium sized casserole dish.
Cook and drain turnip.
Put turnip in a bowl; add margarine to turnip and mash well.
Add eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, sugar, salt, and lemon juice and mix well.
Put into greased casserole dish and bake at 375* for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
