cinnamon glazed nuts

• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 TBLS.ground cinnamon
• 2 c. nuts
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 c. water

Step 1

mix sugar and cinnamon together.Put nuts and sugar mixture in nut roaster stir to mix . combine vanilla and water add liquid to glaze nut mixture in pan. put heat to med. high glaze will quickly thicken. Boil gently stir continuosly till all liquid evaporates and nuts are glazed about 5 to 10 minutes. When stir handle becomes hard to turn nuts are done .Remove from burner. Sprinkle a little water over nuts 1 TBLS. per 2 c. nuts sread on pan and seperate . Let cool
