APPLE CREAM CHEESE SQUARES

this is a reciep that my girfriend Cathy and i thaught up togather, one day when we were board of the same old apple pie. She passed away Holloween night 2012. I dedicate this publishing to her

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups powder sugar
• 1 (8 Oz) cream cheese
• 3 cups sliced apples (about)
• 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. crust: mix the cake mix, 1 egg and butter. spread in a 13 x 9 cake pan
2. place apples over the crust, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
3. blend powered sugar, cream cheese, 3 eggs. pour over apples bake at 375 for 1 hour untill cheese layer is golden brown.
