Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbs honey mustard
- 4 hot dogs, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 32 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
In bowl, stir together muffin mix, cheese, egg, milk and mustard until blended. Stir in hot dog pieces.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into muffin cups. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
Cool on rack 5 minutes.
In small bowl, swirl mustard with ketchup. Serve with muffins.
