  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled, halved
  • 1 very ripe frozen banana, peeled, chopped
  • 8 strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (nectar)
