1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast, skin and fat removed
1/3 C ketchup
2 1/2 T water
2 tsp beef bouillin powder
2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp liquid sweetener

Preparation

Step 1

Lay chicken in 3L casserole in single layer.

stir mext 5 ingredients together in bowl. Spoon evenly over chicken pieces. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until very tender.
