Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion {2.5oz}
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup turkey or chicken stock
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk {8.5oz}
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Spray fry pan with pam, add onion and celery and cook over med-heat until tender, 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over veggies and stir until flour is browned, 3-4 minutes. Stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil and simmer until thick, about 10 minutes. Strain to remove veggies. Add salt and pepper to taste.
