- 15 TBS kosher salt
- 3 1/2 TBS ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 TBS ground white pepper
- 4 TBS paprika
- 1 1/2 TBS cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 TBS ground coriander seed
- 1 1/2 TBS ground cumin
- 2 TBS chili powder
- 1 1/2 TBS dry mustard
