Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1-1/2 frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- Dumplings
- 1-cup Bisquick mix
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker roasted garlic mashed potatoes
- 1-cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 spray 2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray
2. Fry beef and onions in skillet until done. Stir in veggies, soup, pepper, and 1/2 cup milk. Heat to boil. Pour into baking dish
3. in a medium bowl, stir bisquick and dry mashed potatoes. Microwave 1 cup milk on high for 2 mins. Stir hot milk into potato mixture with a fork until soft dough forms. Let stand for 2 mins. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot beef mixture
4. bake 20 to 25 mins or until dumplings are lightly browned.
