Honey-Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

• ~ 1/2 C pecans
• ~ 2 tbsp cornflake crumbs
• ~ 2 tbsp honey
• ~ 1 tbsp soy sauce
• ~ 1 lbs. chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425.

Finely chop pecans. Sprinkle picans and cornflake crumbs into breading dish. Mix hones and soy sauce in another breading dish. Dip chicken into honey mix then in pecan-cornflake mix to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
