Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced boiled ham
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced provolone
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced Genoa salami
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced into thin strips
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan
3. Unroll 1 can rolls and press into bottom of pan
4. Layer meats and cheeses in order above
5. Distribute roasted peppers over top
6. In small mixing bowl, combine eggs, parmesan and pepper and beat lightly
7. Pour 3 cups egg mixture over the peppers
8. Unroll 2nd can of rolls and place over top of red peppers, brush with remaining egg mixture
9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 mins; remove foil and bake for another 10-20 mins until dough is golden brown and slightly puffy
10. Let sit for 10 mins before cutting
