Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/3 cup poppy seeds
- 1 tblsp baking soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tblsp grated lemon peel
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pwdr sugar
- 2 tblsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Beat the butter and sugar, add eggs and then lemon peel, juice and vanilla. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk.
Bake @ 350* for 15-18 minutes.
Mix the glaze ingredients together and dip the muffin tops.
