Kale Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c crusty bread cubes
- 1 1/4 lbs chopped kale
- Lemon juice, grated parmesan and boiled egg for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Puree olive oil, garlic, anchovy fillets, worcestershire and salt and pepper to taste in a blender. Toss bread cubes with 1 tbsp dressing; broil on a baking sheet until toasted, 2 mins. Toss kale with remaining dressing; broil on another baking sheet, tossing until crisp, 5-8 mins. Put kale and croutons in a bowl and top with lemon juice, parmesan and egg.
