This also works well with canned salmon or smoked fish, just omit the liquid smoke.

Ingredients

• 1/2 pint canned fish
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Chopped onion to taste
• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
